Requirements for arranging an exhibition.

  1. Auditorium with not less than 1400 sq Feet.
  2. Auditorium with empty arrangement.
  3. If table is 4 feet length,30 tables needed or if table is 5 feet length,24 tables needed.
  4. Table must be 2 feet width. or Table with not less than 1.5 feet width.
  5. Auditorium will be controlled by chain of the world peace volunteers.
  6. Chain of the World Peace book is available in the auditorium.

 

Rules and Regulations

If the Chain of the World Peace exhibition is to be conducted, the following rules must be kept.

  1. If it is an Organization, their name and Address, their activities ,phone number of two responsible persons must be given through letter you inform us
  2. If it is school or College, their address, authorities name, position and phone number must be sent through letter or email.
